Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At JIICO GAPS| THE STUDIO STORE, We care about your satisfaction and work hard to ensure you receive quality products every time you shop with us.

We partner with trusted global suppliers through AliExpress and DSers to bring you affordable, high-quality creative media and studio equipment. Because of this, our return and refund process may differ slightly from traditional stores but we guarantee that your order is protected from start to finish.

How We Handle Orders

When you place an order on our website:

  1. We immediately process it and forward it to our partner supplier through DSers.
  2. The supplier prepares and ships your item directly to you.
  3. We track the shipment to make sure it reaches you safely.

If something goes wrong along the way please don’t worry, we handle communication with the supplier on your behalf to ensure the issue is resolved quickly.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not match the description

To request a return:

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review your request and confirm the next steps. Because we work with multiple suppliers, the return address and procedure may vary. Please wait for our instructions before sending any items back.

Returned items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received

Refunds

Once your return is approved and confirmed by the supplier:

We’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider. If a return is not required (for example, in the case of lost or damaged goods), we’ll still handle your refund request directly with the supplier and update you throughout the process.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@jiicogaps.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Earphones, microphones, or other personal audio devices
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Gift cards or digital products

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@jiicogaps.com and send your item to: {physical address}.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be processing with our suppliers and cannot be stopped.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
